Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Alberta Strong. We are happy to let you know we pack orders Monday’s, Wednesday's and  every other Friday. (Thank You for that)  All orders are shipped with Canada post, Purolator or UPS and you will receive as shipment notification via email with your Tracking number

Please note that everything is made per order 

Our hydro dipped products do take some time please allow for up to  7-10 of our business days for hydrodipped items to ship. 

We are open Monday, Wednesday and every other Friday 8:30-2:00

RETURN / EXCHANGE :

Do you need to return an item or exchange for a different size, style or colour ?

 

Alberta Strong will exchange or return any item within 30 days form purchase date. Returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and in new condition. Unless delivered damaged.

 

A copy of your packing slip/Invoice must accompany the product(s) in the return or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Alberta Strong does not accept COD shipments.

Refunds:

Requesting a refund? 

Please send us a message stating you want to return your item, then mail your unwashed, unworn items back to us and we will issue you a refund once we have received and inspected the items. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process a refund once they have received the information from us. A refund may not show up in your credit card statement until the next monthly billing cycle.
